Fanaa began behind a counter on 2nd Cross Street, answering the same question every day — is this one real? For a lot of what sells online in Sri Lanka the honest answer is no. So we built the shop the other way round: every line arrives sealed through a distributor the brand recognises, and anything we cannot trace never reaches the shelf.

The rest is just care. Our staff will patch-test a product on the back of your hand before you commit, tell you when the cheaper one is the better one, and send you away with nothing if nothing suits.
